Q. What if my mineral makeup goes on looking cakey or dry?
A. Here are some tips for achieving that flawless finish with Foxy Mineral Makeup.
#1 Starting with freshly cleaned skin
#2 Proper exfoiation Exfoliated skin is smooth and makes for the best canvas for Foxy Mineral Makeup. Be sure to exfoliate once a week with an alpha beta exfoliator or you can even use asprin with some water by disolving the asprin in the palm of your hand with a few drops of water and then rubbing it into the skin and after 5 or 10 minutes rinse well. We also carry microdermabrasion crystals and when used once a week you will achieve baby smooth skin, and this is good for achieving a flawless appearance when applying Foxy minerals.Â
#3 Moisturize Remember to use your favorite moisturizer after you wash or exfoliate your skin. Â
#4 USE A SMALL AMOUNT OF MINERALS FOR THE BEST APPLICATION! This is very important that you use a very small amount of minerals to start. It takes very little to get the results that you want. Foxy Mineral Makeup is very consentrated and you need less than you might think so start with very thin layers and build up as you need. I need only one light application. Make sure that when you swoosh your brush into the minerals that there is a light dusting of it on the lid and use just that to start and then tap the brush on the lid to knock of the excess then just sweep the brush all over face and you will be amazed at the even and smooth coverage that is achieved with a little bit of minerals.Â
#5 (is optional) Spritz with plain water or your favorite hydrosol. After your finish your foundation and finishing minerals and BEFORE mascara go ahead if you want and spritz your favorite spritz onto your face and neck and kind of pat it gently and this seems to settle the minerals onto the skin for a beautiful flawless finish!Â
Q. Can I use Foxy Mineral Makeup if I have dry skin?
A. Absolutely! I have dry skin and this is all I ever use. Remember to start out with clean and moisturized skin. With reguard to Foxy Mineral Makeup….Less is Best! Light thin laya.ers.
Q. Does Foxy Mineral Makeup work for mature skin, let’s say over 50?
A. Yes, Foxy Mineral Makeup works for all age groups. The key is propper application in thin layers. A little goes a long way so start out slow.
